With over 15 years of experience in the social sector & private wealth, we're tired of seeing incredible initiatives struggle with short-sighted funding cycles. We've witnessed first hand how "hot topics" dictated by foundations and governments often stifle genuine innovation and sustained change.
Our consultancy bridges this gap, uniting the private and social sectors through innovative partnerships and problem-solving strategies. We focus on creating long-term impact, moving beyond one-off CSR projects. Guiding those with the means to invest where their passion truly lies, making a tangible difference.
Our core focus is UN Sustainable Development Goal 5: Gender Equality. This isn't just a goal; it's a fundamental human right and a cornerstone for a peaceful, prosperous world.
Despite its critical importance, gender-based violence remains pervasive, affecting 1 in 3 women globally. This costs the world an estimated $1.5 trillion annually, yet only 5% of global philanthropy is dedicated to gender equality. With over 15 years’ experience in fundraising, charity leadership and impact consulting, I bring sharp strategy, deep empathy, and a track record of delivering results. I’ve supported female founders to raise millions, co-built multi-country initiatives in Latin America, and led award-winning charities that centered the voices of women and survivors.

Andrea Samantha Paltzer
I'm a global strategist and movement builder. Bringing over 15 years of direct experience in designing and delivering programs. I'm driven to champion people-powered solutions to injustice, with a core focus on ending violence against women and girls.
As Co-founder of Restless Women, I partner with scale-up leaders and wealth holders who want to support meaningful change in their communities and, of course, globally. My background building women-led movements in the UK and Latin America has given me practical insight into tackling inequality and creating inclusive impact strategies.
Previously, I founded the award-winning charity XtraOrdinary Women, growing $600 in seed funding into a $3M movement for economic empowerment.
I've worked for the UN WFP, built grassroots enterprises, and collaborated with dozens of female leaders globally to design purpose-driven ventures rooted in dignity, equity, and systemic change.
